Our office will be closed from 23–28 January 2026. Orders placed during this period will be shipped on 29 January.
Prices include standard shipment from Norway, without tracking. DHL Express shipping with tracking is available at additional cost. Our free shipping option is sent as untracked mail. It means we cannot follow the shipment once it leaves Norway. We are therefore unable to replace or refund orders that are lost in transit when free shipping is selected. For peace of mind, we recommend choosing a tracked shipping option at checkout.
Prices do not include local customs, VAT or other local fees that may apply in your country.

Shipments to Russia and Belarus are currently not possible. Please contact us.

We accept returns of unopened and undamaged products for full refund. Return window is 30 days after delivery date. Customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs. Return labels will not be provided. If you need to return any items please contact us with your order number.
