Order Cancellation, Returns and Refunds
We hope you are happy with your purchase. If you wish to cancel an order or return a product, please follow the instructions below.

Cancellation before dispatch
If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to cancel it and issue a full refund. Once an order has been dispatched, it must be handled as a return.

Returns when you change your mind
You may notify us that you wish to return a product within 14 days after receiving it. No reason is required. The product must be sent back within 14 days after you notify us.
Products must be returned complete, undamaged and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging. You may inspect the product, but you may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics.

We will confirm the return instructions and return address. Please do not send products before receiving these instructions.

Unless the product is defective, damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. We do not provide prepaid return labels. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment.

Refunds
Once the returned products have been received, we will refund the amount paid for the returned products. If you cancel and return the entire order, we will also refund the cost of our standard delivery option offered for the original order, where required by applicable consumer law. Additional costs for express or other premium delivery services are not refundable.

Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method. We may withhold the refund until we receive the products or you provide evidence that they have been returned.

Damaged, defective or incorrect products
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order number, a description of the problem and, where relevant, photographs. We will arrange an appropriate solution and cover reasonable return costs when the return results from our error or a defective product.

This policy does not limit any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
